Acting Majority Leader Foster moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Weyhrauch gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 215(FIN). Representative Weyhrauch moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of CSHB 215(FIN) be taken up on the same day. Representative Berkowitz objected. Representative Weyhrauch moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw the motion. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Weyhrauch withdrew the notice of reconsideration. Representative Gara gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 215(FIN).
